When you take or run your business online, you open up a world of potential. Potential new clients or customers, potential new products or services, potential new streams of income. But the internet is huge and a large segment of it will not be right for you and your business.

Paying attention to web analytics, metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), statistics, data (whatever you want to call it), will give you the information you need to find your qualified audience (those with the potential) and understand what works best for them.
